At that time, there was a celebrity in the judicial circles named Li Shu. When Li Shu was 19 years old, one night, he had a dream in which someone asked him for help, and he agreed. After four or five days, the dreamer reappeared in Li Shu's dream and took Li Shu in a carriage to interrogate the criminals in the prefectural court.

He said that because the prefectural government has a sophisticated investigation and conclusive evidence for the crimes of the undead, the prefectural government's judgment is very fair. Moreover, the most respected virtues in the prefectural government are filial piety for men and filial piety for women; the most hated karma is killing and fornication.
