As the founder of Guizhou New Media Center, Tian Feng also has a well-known name in Guizhou poetry: Xichu. Tian Feng was born in Songtao, Guizhou in 1976, entered the media industry after graduating from university, and successively served as the head of the reporter, editor, editorial department and general manager of the network company in Guizhou Metropolis Daily of Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group; in 2013, he left his post to establish the Guizhou New Media Center and became a leader in new media in Guizhou. He used Xichu as a pen name to compose poetry, and when he was a student, he was included in the "108 Generals of Chinese Campus Literature"; in Guizhou, he once led the youth poetry circle with Zhao Weifeng and Hei Hei, known as the "Three Musketeers of Guizhou Poetry"; he was employed as a visiting professor of the College of Literature of Guizhou University for Nationalities and a director of the Guizhou Provincial Poets Association; in the domestic poetry circle, he is one of the representative poets of China's post-70s generation.

The first part of the event opened with Guizhou musician Bai Jianping's song "I Want to Fall in Love with You in Huishui".
