On November 4, Gelonghui announced that Baibang Technology (300736.sz) previously disclosed that Zhao Xinyu, a shareholder and director of the company, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Kuan Dandan, and Zhao Xinyu intends to transfer 7,663,460 shares of the company's unlimited sale and circulation shares (accounting for 6.03% of the company's total share capital). Due to the change in objective conditions, after friendly consultation between the two parties, it was unanimously agreed to terminate the transfer of the share agreement. On November 3, 2021, Mr. Zhao Xinyu and Ms. Kuan Dandan signed the Agreement on Termination of Contract.
