"Weekend": There are so many projects, how to pick the music during the workout?

Zhang Yang: Some projects are preset modes, music is fixed, like trampolines and fighting, everyone just needs to step on that point to practice. Most of the projects are self-created models, which requires us coaches to find music ourselves. And one class after another, you always use a song, everyone is easy to get bored. Therefore, after class, I will listen to a lot of songs and select matching songs for the next lesson. For an hour of class, if I pick a song, I usually divide it into three pieces, put some songs that are slowly looking for a state when warming up, put some rhythmic rock music when the most hilarious, stretch links, and choose some soothing love songs.

"Weekend": You are a group class, each coach teaches a different style, will this affect everyone to learn the movements?

Zhang Yang: Yes, every coach has his own style, and the students who come to the gym will choose the coach according to their own feelings. Some coaches have strong teaching ability, some coaches interact well, and some coaches are born with star fans, which will attract many people to exercise.
