Last year, when the Qianbao reporter went to Xinke Transmission, the company's "new energy integrated electric drive assembly digital production line" base was just completed, the production line was still in the trial production stage, and there were few workers on the company's production line. This year's transmission of this production line is the same as the dumplings, loading and unloading, machining, pressing, running-in testing... New energy vehicle electric drive intelligent manufacturing production is full of horsepower, dozens of links are automated, every 85 seconds off the line of a transmission, workers are also a lot more, supplied to Geely, BAIC, Renault and other auto companies.
Digital traction, high-tech project acceleration run. In the Xinke transmission, the huge production workshop can hardly see the workers, but instead of various intelligent robots, it is like an "unmanned factory" for new energy vehicle transmissions. "The number of employees in the new factory is only one-fifth of the original, the production speed has not decreased, and the quality consistency of the products is even higher." The factory has an information management system, which realizes the synergy of logistics, control flow and information flow, and the size of each part will be automatically measured and entered into the system. With the help of digitalization, all products can be traced back to the source, and once there is a problem with the product, the root cause can be quickly found and a solution can be found.
Xinke Transmission's "unmanned factory" is designed by Shanghai Jiaotong University Zhibang Technology Co., Ltd., using the verification line to carry out research and development, mastering the digital design of high-end equipment and the key core technologies of intelligent manufacturing production line, digital workshop, smart factory planning and construction, can provide system solutions for manufacturing enterprises, is completely independent and controllable, and is the best automated production control system in China. Xinke Transmission has built 2 automatic shell processing lines and 4 automatic assembly lines, and is expected to achieve the annual target of 300,000 units (sets) of integrated electric drive systems, 200,000 units (sets) of unipolar transmissions, and 400,000 units (sets) of shell machining by 2025, achieving annual sales revenue of more than 2 billion yuan.
25% of the company is a research and development personnel, not a runner to be a leader
"We have always felt that running with the runner can never run others, only innovation and research and development, in order to overtake in the corners and become the leader." Jin Jianhua, vice chairman of Xinke Transmission, told reporters that when the company chose all in in 2014 to do new energy transmissions, many manufacturers also felt that new energy vehicles were not the mainstream, and they started 2 years earlier than others and seized the market.
When the company first switched to new energy transmissions, many customers did not recognize it. In 2014, Jin Jianhua personally drove 5 prototypes to a customer in Shandong. "We went to assemble the car for free to the customers ourselves, and they started ignoring us, but after loading our gearbox, the car noise was very small, and their manager immediately changed his attitude, saying that we helped them solve the big problem, and the next year the company made 70,000 gearboxes."
According to the company's plan, in 2022, the company's output value will increase by 3 to 4 times compared with this year. Such a performance explosion is inseparable from the company's long-term research and development investment.
"Our company now has more than 50 technical personnel, the total number of employees is less than 200 people, and many experts have been imported from the United States and Japan, and the technical research and development team accounts for 25%. I am very willing to invest in research and development, last year's research and development of 18 million, this year's research and development investment of more than 20 million, next year will reach more than 50 million yuan, more than 10% of sales revenue for research and development, but also applied for China, the United States, Japan, the European Union and other technical patents, there are currently more than 80 patents. Jin Jianhua told reporters that the company's transmission oil score can do 18,000 rpm without oil leakage, and domestic and foreign manufacturers can do 14,000 rpm without oil leakage is very difficult, in order to make this gearbox oil score, the company's data drawings have several people high.

Covering an area of 6300m², the new energy transmission experimental center can independently complete eighteen working conditions experiments such as fatigue, torque, temperature rise, overspeed performance, etc.; the company has invested in products covering A00 class, A class, B class new energy series, and its transmission and integrated series of varieties of torque from 100N .m to 360N .m, the maximum speed from 6000 rpm to 16000 rpm.
