The "Walk china, Discover Artisan Seasoning" condiment museum activity brought together condiment industry experts, manufacturers, distributors and media elites from all over the country.

In the later stage, it has successively launched a series of works such as "China's Soy Sauce Brewing Territory", "China Vinegar Brewing Territory", "China Hot Pot Seasoning Territory", "Chinese Side Dishes Gourmet Map", "China's Ingenious Ingredient Territory" and so on.
At the event site, the organizer released the industrial development trend trend of four categories of soy sauce vinegar, hot pot base, compound seasoning, and side dishes, and selected some elite products from the shortlisted enterprises, made on-site production, on-site tasting, and gave on-site appraisal opinions. The tasting group is divided into five groups, namely "expert group", "dealer group", "chef group", "media group" and "foodie group".
