Recently, the reporter in Banma County, Goluo Prefecture again photographed China's unique bird species orange-winged noisy grebe, the bird species has two subspecies, belonging to the resident bird, body length of 22-25cm, is a medium-sized bird, male and female plumage color is similar, forehead, head to the back of the neck is dark grape gray or sand brown, the forehead is lighter, nearly sand yellow, the rest of the upper body including two wing covert feathers are olive brown or gray olive brown, some are similar to yellow-brown. It inhabits mountain and plateau forests and shrublands at an altitude of 1500-3400 meters, and is omnivorous except for pairs of activities during breeding, which are mostly in groups in other seasons, feeding on insects and plant fruits and seeds.
