According to the website of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Health Commission in Hebei Province, from 7:00 to 24:00 on October 31, there was a new confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia in Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang City, 3 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Shenze County, and 1 case of asymptomatic infection of new crown pneumonia in Qiaoxi District. At present, all the close contacts traced have been subjected to centralized isolation for medical observation, and various prevention and control measures are being carried out in an orderly manner. The trajectory of the operation is hereby announced as follows:

Case 1: Guo Mou, male, 27 years old, currently residing in Wenhe Community, Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City, and living in the same unit as the confirmed case Li on 23 October.

From September 26 to October 12, Guo worked in Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia, and on the 12th, he drove away from Ejina Banner and returned to Shijiazhuang.

On October 13, at about 19:30, he returned to his home in Wenhe Community in Shijiazhuang from Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia by private car, placed an order for a takeaway from Meituan at 21:07, went downstairs to pick himself up, and did not go out after that.

On October 14, at 8:34, we drove from our home in Wenhe Community and arrived at Jie'ao Environmental Protection Company in Nancun Town, Chang'an District at 9:16, working in the company all day. Eat at a noodle shop near the company at noon. At 18:00, I drove to the Shanxi Knife Cutting Noodle Restaurant opposite The South Avenue of Jianshe city. From 18:55 to 19:15, get a haircut at Morita Hair Barber Shop, No. 9 Cangshun Road. He returned home at 20:09 and did not go out after that.

On October 15, there was no going out at home in the morning. At 14:54, he drove to his sister's house in Wangjiazhuang New Village, Luancheng District. On October 17, at about 10:30, I drove to Jiajiafu Supermarket on Xijiu Road, Xijiu Road, Xijiu Road, Daqiaotou Town, Shenze County, to shop at a fruit shop on the west ninth line roadside, a small meat shop, and a store on the side of the road in Dongxiaofeng Village. At about 13:05, I drove to the home of Yang X in Hezhuang Village, Daqiaotou Town, Shenze County, and met and talked with the confirmed cases of Wu X, Sun X and Wang X on October 31. At about 13:30, I returned to Dongxiaofeng Village, and on the way, I went shopping at the Donkey Meat Bakery Shop at No. 24 Jinshen Road, Daqiaotou Village. He departed from his parents' house at 17:40 and arrived at Wenhe Community at 19:22, after which he did not go out.

On October 18, he did not go out during the day at his home in Wenhe Community. At 18:40, he drove to his sister's house in Wangjiazhuang New Village, Luancheng, and did not go out after arriving at his sister's house at 19:30.

On October 19, at 7:23, we drove to Yongsheng Lighting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Liangcun Development Zone, Gaocheng District. At 17:58, he returned to his sister's house, walked to the Jiayou Life Supermarket near Wangjiazhuang New Village at 18:07, and went shopping again at 19:05 to the supermarket, and then did not go out.

At 17:43, we walked to the convenience store opposite Wenhe Community to shop, and at 18:00, we were transferred by 120 negative pressure ambulance to the designated isolation point in Yuhua District for centralized isolation medical observation.

On October 31, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and on the same day, it was transferred by a 120 negative pressure ambulance to the Infectious Disease Branch of the Municipal People's Hospital, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild).

Case 2: Wang Mou, female, 23 years old, granddaughter of confirmed case Wu Moumou on October 31, currently residing in Hezhuang Village, Daqiaotou Town, Shenze County.

On October 17, there was no going out at home in the morning. At about 13:30, together with the confirmed case Wu X and the confirmed case Sun X on October 31, he went to the home of Yang X in this village to visit the house of Yang X on October 31, and met and talked with the confirmed case Guo on October 31, and then went home without going out.

From October 18 to 20, commuting to and from the county unit every day. During this period, at about 18:00 on October 20, take a private car to a friend's house in Dongda Chen Village, Xinji Market, to prepare for the friend's wedding.

On October 21, around 9 o'clock, I took the wedding car to the home of a friend in Sujiazhuang Village in Xinji To attend the wedding banquet, and after about 12 o'clock, I returned to the unit by private car, and did not go out at night on duty in the unit.

On October 22, I rode an electric car to and from work normally, and did not go out after returning home from work.

On October 23, in the morning, he took a private car to the 48th examination hall of Qinghewan School in Xinji City to take the adult college entrance examination. At about 12:00, walk to the relatives' house in the West District of Qinghewan in Xinji Market for dinner. At 13:50, he continued to take the exam in the examination room. At about 17:00, take a private car to Shijiazhuang Railway Station to pick up people, but did not get off during the period. At 22:00, I went to Xinji Qinghewan Friend's Stay.

On October 24th, at 8 o'clock, I walked to the 48 examination hall of Qinghewan School in Xinji To take the exam. At 16:30, after going to the Shenze County Comprehensive Service Center to do things, he rode an electric vehicle to the second floor of the Shenze County Hospital to get a nucleic acid test report, the result was negative, and then returned home without going out.

On October 30th, in the morning, I took a private car to the 54th examination hall of Xinle No. 1 Middle School to take the exam. Return home at around 15:00. At 23:00 that night, as a close contact of the confirmed case Wu Moumou on October 31, he was transferred by a 120 negative pressure ambulance to the designated isolation point in Shenze County for centralized isolation medical observation.

On October 31, the nucleic acid test result was positive at 9:30, and on the same day, it was transferred by a 120 negative pressure ambulance to the Infectious Disease Branch of the Municipal People's Hospital, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type).

Case 3: Sun X, female, 45 years old, daughter-in-law of confirmed case Wu X on 31 October, currently residing in Hezhuang Village, Daqiaotou Town, Shenze County.

On the morning of October 17, there was no going out at home. At about 13:30, together with the confirmed case Wu X and the confirmed case Wang X on October 31, they went to the home of Yang X in this village to meet and talk with the confirmed case Guo on October 31. At about 14:30, he rode an electric car to the vaccination clinic of Shenze County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to get a flu vaccine, and then went to the supermarket on the west side of Yijiayue in Shenze County to shop, and returned home after 1 hour without going out.

From October 18 to 22, there was no going out in the village. During this period, he went to work at the kindergarten in Hezhuang Village at 8 o'clock every day, and went to his own farmland in the afternoon to work.

From October 23 to 24, there was no going out in jucun.

From October 25 to 27, there was no going out in the village. During this period, he went to work at Hezhuang Village Kindergarten at 8 o'clock every day, and rode an electric car to buy buns at the bun shop in Dongcao Village, Jinju City at about 11:30 a.m.

Case 4: Wang Moumou, male, 77 years old, is the husband of the confirmed case Wu Moumou on October 31 (the trajectory of action has been released), and currently lives in Hezhuang Village, Daqiaotou Town, Shenze County.

From October 17 to 24, there was no going out in the village.

From October 25 to 27, he worked in the farmland of the village. During this period, on October 25, he rode an electric vehicle to Shenze County Hospital for nucleic acid testing, and the result was negative.

From October 28 to 29, there was no going out in the village.

At 15:00 on October 30, I rode my bicycle to Sun Jian Clinic in Xiaozhang Village, Xinji To buy medicine. At 23:00 that night, as a close contact of the confirmed case Wu Moumou, he was transferred by a 120 negative pressure ambulance to the designated isolation point in Shenze County for centralized isolation medical observation.

At 9:30 on October 31, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and on the same day, it was transferred by a 120 negative pressure ambulance to the Infectious Disease Branch of the Municipal People's Hospital, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type).

Case 5: Yin Moumou, male, 26 years old, currently residing in Zhenji Jia Yuan, Qiaoxi District. He is a colleague and close contact of the confirmed case Li on October 23. On October 25, he was diagnosed with an asymptomatic covid-19 infection. On October 31, after consultation with provincial and municipal experts, it was converted from an asymptomatic infected person with new crown pneumonia to a confirmed case (mild). Its trajectory was announced on October 26.

Personnel with the above common action trajectories are requested to implement the following prevention and control measures:

1. Immediately contact the township street or community village committee where you are located and report it;

2. Cooperate with township streets and community village committees in prevention and control management and nucleic acid testing;

Third, do a good job of personal protection, home isolation and do not go out;

Fourth, if fever, cough and other symptoms appear, you can call 120 to the designated hospital for treatment.
