This is the second anti-Japanese martyr promoted by the Changde Battle Research Association to promote the declaration and successfully approved.

Wang Jianyue, originally from Mengjiang, Li County, is now under the jurisdiction of Jinshi City, former acting commander of the 8th Division of the 57th Army of the National Revolutionary Army, major general, who died on June 10, 1944 in the anti-Japanese battlefield in Henan. In September last year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China released the "Directory of Famous Anti-Japanese Heroes and Heroes", Wang Jianyue was the only Changde anti-Japanese hero selected.

The story of General Wang Jianyue's anti-Japanese resistance was widely spread among the people of Tianjin. At present, Wang Jianyue's only daughter, Wang Guanying, is 84 years old and lives in Liyang Community in Jinshi City.
