Aoshikang (002913.sz) issued an announcement that Wen Jinnong, the company's then supervisor, recently received the Decision on Administrative Supervision Measures of the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission [2021] No. 15 "Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Wenjinnong", and after investigation, Wenjinnong, as a supervisor of the company, did not disclose the share reduction plan in advance in accordance with relevant regulations 15 trading days before the first sale when reducing the company's shares on July 8, 2021. It violated Article 8 of the Several Provisions on the Reduction of Shares Held by Shareholders, Directors, Supervisors and Gao of Listed Companies (CSRC Announcement [2017] No. 9) and Article 3 of the Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies (Order No. 182 of the CSRC).
