Han Zhiguo, a native of Jiuquan, Gansu, was born in November 1962, joined the army in October 1980, and served in a regiment of radar units of the People's Liberation Army Air Force of the Chinese, successively serving as a platoon leader and political instructor. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1983. In October 1999, he entered the Suzhou District People's Court of Jiuquan City, Gansu Province.
From the army to the localities, he has always been unchanged in his original intention, pragmatic, loyal to perform his duties and missions, and won the praise of leaders, colleagues and parties to the case. So far, he has been awarded the title of "Excellent Communist Party Member" by the Working Committee of the Organs Directly under the District on the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Party, and has been rated as an annual advanced worker by the Party Group of the District Court for many times.
Twenty years of military service has enabled him to develop the habit of being down-to-earth and strict with himself, and he has brought to his work the belief that he is "particularly able to endure hardships, especially able to fight, and especially able to dedicate" trained in the army, and has always strived to do his own work well with full enthusiasm and a highly responsible attitude. During the work of the judicial police brigade, he participated in more than 1,000 police guarantees in the trial of major and important cases and cases involving criminal syndicates and evil forces, successfully completed the work of carrying out summonses, assisting in searches, enforcing detention, escorting, enforcing custody, and leadership assignments, did not have a single case-handling accident, contributed his own fiery heart to the smooth development of trial enforcement business, illuminated the road of struggle with the light of ideals, and created a brilliant future with the power of faith.
Since his work in the Executive Bureau, Han Zhiguo has always set strict demands on himself with the standards of excellent Communist Party members, and cooperated with the judges in handling more than 1,000 various enforcement cases with a rigorous, efficient, pragmatic and hard-working work style, and none of the cases caused complaints and petitions from the parties. In the 2005 case of Guo X v. a villagers' committee over compensation for land requisition, because the compensation had been paid and could not be enforced temporarily, Han Zhiguo went deep into the village committee and the township where he was located to negotiate many times, and finally the village committee agreed to pay Guo 10,000 yuan per year. At that time, Guo Was worried that there was no guarantee in the later stage because the repayment cycle was too long, and Han Zhiguo saw her concerns and comforted: "With me here, you can rest assured, I will be responsible for every case to the end." Later, with the change of position, Han Zhiguo no longer undertook the case, but his attention to this case did not stop, year after year for the parties to collect land, and finally recovered all the money for the parties in 2019, and the unremitting pursuit of nine years was only for the original promise.
After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, he used practical actions to practice the solemn promise of "if there is a war, it will be called back, and the battle will be won". The epidemic is the order, prevention and control is the responsibility, he knows that as a soldier, he must bravely stand up to guard the safety of the people, he is always in the forefront, although there is no duty task, but he took the initiative to contact the community, request to stand guard, guard the safety of all families. He not only took on most of the night duty tasks, but also chatted with other colleagues when they were on night shift, and under his infection, the relationship between cadres and groups became more harmonious, and the cold winter nights became warmer.
Even in different life stages and positions, he can forge ahead, selfless dedication, always maintain a high enthusiasm for work and service attitude, he has driven a group of young cadres and policemen to continue to experience and grow, becoming the mainstay of maintaining fairness and justice. Faced with less than a year and a half from retirement, he set higher goals for himself: cherish the time on the job, strive to do more practical things for the masses, solve more difficulties, continue to work well, and live a wonderful life.
Han Zhiguo proved to us with practical actions that what has changed is only the environment and work he is in, and what remains unchanged is the original intention of being loyal to the party and serving the people.
