To those of you who may not know much about this case:
Xiao Yanzi, who was only ten years old, was targeted by Yang Guangyi, a murderer in the same village, because she went to the purchase point alone to help her family sell passion fruit.
Yang Guangyi first molested XiaoYanzi, and then in the process of her struggle, he knocked Xiaoyanzi unconscious.
After that, he put Xiaoyanzi into a red snakeskin bag and took her to the mountain, and after Xiaoyanzi woke up, the murderer stabbed her in the eye with a knife, pierced her neck, raped Xiaoyanzi after she lost consciousness, and finally took 32 yuan from her pocket.

A few years after Suyuan's case, South Korea passed a new bill: "chemical castration" of first-time offenders and repeat offenders of sexual assault, reducing the age of punishment from 25 to 19, and expanding the definition of a child to 16 years old. Child sexual assault offenders will begin "chemical castration" two months before their release from prison, up to a maximum of 15 years.
Although Zhao Douchun may not be punished again, fortunately, after this, more perpetrators have received the punishment they deserve.
