The pS4 game "Journey to the West: The Return of the Great Sage", adapted from the animated film of the same name, finally debuted on this chinajoy and released a real-time trial, in which the player needs to play as Sun Wukong to drive the monster out of the village.

In this demo version, players will encounter an unarmed man whose village of Hosoyanagi has been invaded by youkai, and the player will need to fight off these invaders. Upon completion of the level, you will also receive items to unlock the sealing skills, which will improve the player's abilities again.
It is reported that "Journey to the West: The Return of the Great Sage" will be released in 2019.
