Picture of the Year Award
1 winner, bonus 10,000 yuan and certificate. Awarded to the shooter of the best news photo of 2021, judged from the gold awards of various individual awards. Bonuses are not awarded repeatedly.
Potential Journalist of the Year Award
1 winner, bonus 10,000 yuan and certificate. There will be 1 nomination award and a certificate will be issued. Through the 2021 annual photojournalism works and personal materials provided by the candidates, the comprehensive evaluation of the photojournalists will be carried out to reward young photojournalists with the spirit of exploration and innovative potential in the field of photojournalism in that year. Candidates are required to engage in photojournalism, under the age of 35, and provide 10 groups of news photographic works of the year (including 7 single photographs, 3 groups of photos, and the subject matter is as rich as possible) and articles (within 2,000 words) that reflect the photojournalist's theme selection, shooting philosophy and shooting methods.
Featured Picture of the Year
1 winner, bonus 10,000 yuan and certificate. This award stipulates 20-30 feature photos, if it is a feature that is taken across the year, some of the photos must be taken in 2021.
Visual Editing Award
1 gold prize: 5000 yuan, silver award 1 place: 3000 yuan, bronze award 1 place: 2000 yuan, and a certificate.
Encourage breakthrough exploration and practice in the planning, shooting, editing, presentation methods, and communication effects of selected topics. It can use static pictures, videos, charts and other new media methods; it can be submitted in the form of individuals and teams; it can be submitted to traditional media; it is also for new media institutions such as websites and clients; and no less than 3 works are submitted, not more than 5. Requirements: Explain the planning plan, editing concept, presentation method and communication effect in a ppt manner.

Entry Rules
Participants are requested to read the rules carefully
1. A single news photo must be taken in 2021.
2. Group photo news photos must be completed in 2021, and the main photos in them must be taken in 2021.
3. The participating news photos must have a text description with the title of the work and complete news elements (i.e., a clear shooting location, time, event, etc.).
4. 6-10 photos per group, the number of groups is not limited.
5. Technical processing photos such as splicing and stunts that are contrary to news facts shall not be included in the evaluation. At the same time, it is forbidden to use the picture software to over-adjust the color scale, color contrast, saturation, grayscale, etc. to cause photos that affect the authenticity of the work.
6. There is no participation fee for this selection, and the individual income tax of the winners shall be paid by the Organizing Committee.
7. Entries are non-refundable. Legal issues involving portrait rights are the responsibility of the author. The Organizer has the right to use the Entries free of charge in perpetuity, and may reuse these images for publication and exhibition, etc., and respect the attribution rights of the Entrants during the use process.
8. Once the winning works are found and confirmed to violate the requirements of the competition, they will be immediately disqualified from winning the prize and announced in the media.

Submission request
The right to interpret this call for papers belongs to the Golden Lens Organizing Committee
1. Submissions must be within 3m, and only jpg format images are allowed.
2. The contributor shall ensure that he is the author of the submitted work and has an independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyright in the whole and part of the work; the contributor shall also ensure that the work submitted by the contributor does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, etc.
3. Works and acts that are sufficient to hinder public order and good customs will be immediately disqualified upon discovery. "Works and acts that infringe upon public order and good customs" include, but are not limited to, all violations of law, morality, public order or good customs that may seriously mislead public perceptions, be of a fraudulent nature, etc.
