Here the clouds are misty, fresh and lush, retaining thousands of ancient tea trees, and the development of the tea industry has significant advantages. In 2011, Gui Tea Company settled down, driving large-scale local tea cultivation. Later, due to the company's difficulties in operation, tea farmers lost their support, and the phenomenon of tea gardens being abandoned and abandoned was very common. However, in the development of several years, farmers have accumulated valuable experience in growing tea, making tea and cooking tea.
After carrying out the work in the village, I and the team members in the village planned to implement the shared tea garden plan with the theme of "love as home" and explore the new model of agricultural development of modern leisure tourism experience integrating tea tourism. After the coordination of the dispatched units, the Working Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Enterprise recognized 3 mu of seeds, and the area of seeds recognized in that year reached 20 mu. Since the implementation of the second phase of the shared tea garden plan, the shared tea garden plan and tea and agricultural parent-child experience, outward training, rural tourism, conference training, catering services, agricultural and sideline products, souvenir sales, etc. have integrated and complemented each other, and have become an important starting point for the local development of the village-level collective economy and the increase of income and prosperity of the masses.
According to the organizational arrangement, in 2019, I transferred to Tongtong Village to continue to stay in the village. However, due to the lack of unity of thinking and management, the production of lion's head mushrooms in 2019 almost came to a standstill, and product sales were interrupted. In the face of this problem, I invited entrepreneurs to investigate in many ways, trying to promote the development of the lion's mane mushroom industry through "enterprise + cooperative + farmer", but with little effect. It is gratifying that in the second half of that year, the village was opened to complete the by-election, and the director of the branch secretary shouldered the burden, unified the organizational model of "party branch + cooperative + farmer (poor household)", accelerated the recovery and development of the lion's head mushroom industry, and provided industrial support for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
All-round well-off, no one can be less
In order to prevent the masses from becoming poor due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness, I went into the village with the team members stationed in the village to carry out medical policy publicity and mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers to participate in insurance to the greatest extent. At the same time, we will actively coordinate with all dispatched units to strive for 42,000 yuan of financial subsidies for urban and rural medical insurance in 2020, and achieve an insurance participation rate of 100%. After learning about this situation, I fought with the team members stationed in the village for help funds to buy chicken seedlings for them. He raised chickens, had a source of income, improved the quality of family life, and let the "tinder" folds of "Fuzhi (Zhi)" shine. In order to better promote the development of the industry, I led the village-based working group to declare the construction projects of production roads and machine ploughing roads, and implemented garbage removal facilities and equipment, involving funds of 770,000 yuan.
In my work in the village, I often warn myself that I cannot be a little sluggish, and constantly examine the shortcomings in my work and the gap between the benchmark and the expectations of the masses. In the past two years, I have visited more than 3,000 people with the team members stationed in the village, carried out more than 80 person-times of help and condolence, coordinated the project fund of 930,000 yuan, implemented the direct assistance fund of 147,800 yuan, declared the implementation of 1.5 kilometers of forest fire prevention channels, and built a "large bulbous mushroom test demonstration base". This pile and piece by piece, I have done my best to lay a solid grassroots foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
