In the history of the Zhou Dynasty, Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty, and Song Dynasty, there were 6 high-ranking officials related to Shangcai, they were:
[1] Cai Shudu
Cai Shudu was the son of King Wen of Zhou (Western Zhou) of the Zhou Dynasty, equivalent to the son of a high-ranking cadre. He was given the title of Marquis of Cai and established the State of Cai, equivalent to the first "King" of the State of Cai. The surname "Cai" arose from him and came with him, so he is the ancestor of the Chinese Cai clan and the ancestor of the Cai clan. Cai Shudu's cemetery, on the east side of the Toad Tiger Temple in the west of the city, was rebuilt in 2005 by the "World Cai Hou Mausoleum Preparatory Committee for the Construction of Cai Hou Cemetery", and named "Cai Shi's Ancestor Shu Du Gong Cemetery", these 9 words were personally inscribed by the state leaders at that time.

The stone statue of Cai Shudu is located in the roundabout at the intersection of Caihou Avenue and Baiyun Avenue.
I think that The historical merits of Cai Shudu are: the establishment of the Cai State, the creation of the Cai surname, and the cultivation of Cai Zhong. Cai Zhong was a good son he had cultivated, and later Cai Zhong became the second monarch of the Cai kingdom, equivalent to the first "king" of the Cai kingdom. Cai Zhong's mausoleum, located 300 meters northwest of the stone statue. Shangcai's "CaiHou Avenue" is named in honor of Cai Shudu and Cai Zhong's father and son, Cai Hou.
[2] Lisi
Li Si was a native of Li Si lou in the south of Shangcai City, and he served as the first chancellor of the Qin Dynasty (equivalent to the premier of the State Council). Shangcai's "Qinxiang Avenue" and "Lisi Road" and "Lisi Street" were named in honor of Li Si. The bronze statue of Lisi is located in the east square of Lisi Street.
Li Si's historical merits are: the King of Qin who assisted the Qin state successively destroyed the six kingdoms of Han, Zhao, Wei, Chu, Yan, and Qi, ending the war and chaos of more than 550 years since the Spring and Autumn Warring States, and creating the first unified centralized feudal empire in Chinese history, that is, the Qin Dynasty. After the establishment of the Qin Dynasty, Li Si served as the chancellor and continued to assist Qin Shi Huang, making outstanding contributions in consolidating the qin dynasty's power, maintaining national unity, and promoting economic and cultural development. He suggested that Qin Shi Huang abolish the system of sub-feudalism and implement the county system. Since then, great efforts have been made to unify the writing, laws, currency, weights and measures, and tracks.
In November 1958, Chairman Mao said at the Zhengzhou Conference: "Qin Shi Huang was the first to unify China, unify the weights and measures, cars on the same track, and books and texts in the original countries, and changed the feudal system into a county system." Can these major events concerning the prosperity of the Chinese nation be said to be not good things? Chairman Mao also affirmed Li Si, who had assisted Qin Shi Huang for many years, and Chairman Mao greatly appreciated Li Si's "Letter of Expulsion" written by Li Si. Chairman Mao said: "Li Si's 'Letter of Expulsion from The Expulsion of Guests' is very convincing. ”
However, Li Si, such a "one-time face", actually died humiliatingly at the hands of the traitor Zhao Gao.
If qin shi huang had not died of illness at the age of 49, Zhao Gao would not have been able to usurp power and seize the throne, and Li Si would not have been able to unjustly kill Xianyang.
Later, Zhao Gao was killed by Qin Shi Huang's second son (zi bao) and exterminated his three clans.
[3] Du Shi
Du Shi was a native of Jixian County (now Weihui City, Henan) during the Han Dynasty (Eastern Han Dynasty). More than 1,900 years ago, he served as a servant of the imperial history, equivalent to the current secretary of the county discipline inspection committee; he also served as the commander of Chengzhiling (present-day southwest of Xingyang County), equivalent to the current county chief; he also served as the governor of runan, equivalent to the current vice mayor; and also served as the Taishou of Nanyang, equivalent to the current mayor.
When he was a lieutenant (equivalent to a deputy mayor) in the Runan, he was in charge of civil affairs and military affairs. In order to let the people of Shangcai "ensure the harvest from drought and floods", he led the people to build water conservancy and excavated five river ditches in the east of the city, namely, five miles, ten miles, fifteen miles, twenty miles, and twenty-five miles. These five ditches (between the Wulixiao and Yanggang rivers) are like five dragons, so this is how the place name "Five Dragons" came from. In order to remember the merits of "Du Shi", later generations named these five river ditches from west to east: Du Yigou, Du Ergou, Du Sangou, Du Sigou and Du Wugou respectively.
At present, henan province has two "Dushi Parks": one in Weihui City and one in Shangcai County.
Weihui City is Du Shi's first hometown, and Shangcai County is Du Shi's second hometown. Both Weihui City and Shangcai County wanted to commemorate this good official who was very accomplished and popular with the people, so they both built a "Dushi Park".
In Dushi Park in Weihui City, there is also a Dushi Lake, and there is a statue of Dushi for people to admire.
Throughout her life, Du Shi has been home from all over the world, loves the people like a father, helps the people for pleasure, is just and honest, and lives frugally. When he died of illness, his family was poor, had no farmhouse, and had no place to bury. The emperor ordered a "state funeral" for him and distributed a thousand "filial piety cloths" for the funeral. How can such a poor and good official not be admired, how can it not be remembered, how can it not be admired, how can it not be praised?
[4] Zhai Fangjin
Dazhai Village, Dangdian Town, Shangcai County, is the hometown of Zhai Fangjin.
Zhai Fangjin served as chancellor for 10 years in the late Western Han Dynasty of the Han Dynasty, equivalent to two consecutive terms as premier of the State Council. He is proficient in "understanding" jurisprudence, honesty and honesty, and is known as "tongming phase". At that time, as soon as it rained heavily in Huapi, the lake flooded, the crops were always flooded, and many people drowned. He also knew that Confucius's student "lacquer carving" drowned in the "Gap Lake". In order to eliminate the water damage, Zhai Fangjin ordered the lake to be filled in to create land and turn the lake into farmland. In order to drain the water, he also ordered the excavation of the "Qinglong Ditch" and the "White Horse Ditch" in the Huapi area.
In order to remember the historical merits made by Zhai Fangjin, the "Tongming Xiang", in Huapi, the avenue leading to Huapi was named "Tongming Avenue". What people often call "Huapi Junction" is the north side of the intersection of "Tongming Avenue" and "Caihou Avenue", that is, the north of the Beiguan Bridge.
In the past, from the intersection of Huapi Road to Caizhou Avenue, this section of the road was called "Tongming Avenue". Now the "Tongming Avenue" has been extended to the north, passing through Caizhou Avenue and leading to the "Shangcai North Railway Station", and even to Huapi.
The two sides of "Tongming Avenue" (from south to north) are: Zhongguang Dijing Community, Xuefu Shangyuan Community, Jian'an Community, Meihua Kindergarten, Bowen Experimental Primary School, Huaqianshu Community, Jianye Park Community, Renai Hospital, Shangcai No. 3 Middle School, Shangcai Vocational College, Shangcai YigaoBei Campus, No. 19 Primary School Affiliated Kindergarten, Cai Dufu Community, Red Sun Driving School, Jinxin Sunshine City Community, Zhongxin Hot Spring, Zhongxin Hotel, Shangcai Xincheng Community, Jinxing Century Square, Huanghuai Building Materials City, Shangcai Middle School, Civil Air Defense Park, and the new site of the Old Cadres Activity Center , the new site of the party school of the county party committee, the new site of the people's hospital, etc.
[5] Liu Qi
After the fall of the Tang Dynasty, Chinese history entered the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. The Southern Han Dynasty was one of the Ten Kingdoms, ruling over the territory of today's Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, and part of Vietnam.
The founding emperor of the Southern Han Dynasty was named Liu Qi (yǎn), and the word "䶮" was newly coined by Liu Qi. The meaning refers to the meaning of the flying dragon in the sky and the only respect for me.
Liu Qi was born on the east bank of Shangcai at the end of the Tang Dynasty, and later moved to the Lingnan region with his father Liu Qian and his brother Liu Yin, who was an official. After the death of his father Liu Qian, his brother Liu Yin succeeded his father and gradually unified Lingnan. After the death of his brother Liu Yin, Liu Qi attacked the King of the South China Sea. Relying on his father's and brother's inheritance in Lingnan, Liu Qi proclaimed himself emperor in Panyu (present-day Guangzhou) in the third year of Later Liang Zhenming (917), and changed Guangzhou to Xingwangfu, with the state name "Dayue". In November of the following year, Liu Qi changed the name of the country to Han, and the history was called Southern Han. In 971, the Southern Han Dynasty was destroyed by the Song Dynasty.
[6] Zhu Shengfei
It is said that "Zhu Shengfei" was a Shangcai Zhuli person 700 years ago (during the Southern Song Dynasty), and the name "Zhuli" is derived from him. Because his surname was "Zhu", posterity referred to "Zhu Shengfei's hometown" as "Zhu Li".
The founding emperor of the Song Dynasty was Zhao Kuangyin, and the Song Dynasty (Northern and Southern Song) had a total of 18 emperors and ruled China for 319 years. There were 137 former ministers in the Song Dynasty, and "Zhu Shengfei" was the 75th minister.
When "Zhu Shengfei" served as chancellor, the emperor at that time was Zhao Shuo. Zhao Zhuo was the 10th emperor of the Song Dynasty, and Zhao Shuo's temple name was "Song Gaozong".
According to historical records, when "Zhu Shengfei" was 7 years old, his father died of illness. His maternal family repeatedly forced his mother Yang to remarry. However, Yang's "kaoru eyes cut off" and vowed not to marry again, which was a tragedy luck for the young "Zhu Shengfei", so that he would not lose the protection of his mother after losing his father's love.
After "Zhu Shengfei" was admitted to the army at the age of 19, he worked diligently and diligently in his duties, regardless of whether he served in the local government or the central government. At critical junctures such as the difficulties of Jing Kang and the changes in Miao Liu, whether he lived in the temple or for the political side, he showed the courage to take responsibility, his intelligence and agility, his ability to judge the hour and size up the situation, and his demeanor and discipline of sympathy for the people's diseases. He is quite cultivated and elegant, does not like party strife, does not like luxury. Because he repeatedly opposed Qin Ju's actions, he was ostracized and had to resign and return home. He lived idly at home for 8 years, and finally died in his hometown at the age of 63, with the nickname "Duke zhongjing".
Shangcai is building a road called "Song Xiang Road". Songxiang Road is a north-south road with a total length of about 2.7 kilometers: south to Chongyang Avenue and north to Caihou Avenue. Specifically, it is from the "Sunshine Enlightenment Early Childhood Education Center" in the south of Siyuan Middle School to the "Erli Farmers' Market" in the north of the "Ideal City". "Song Xiang Road" is named in honor of Song Xiang "Zhu Shengfei".
