Qing Dynasty Chen Mei's painted book "Cultivating and Weaving Diagram", collected by the National Palace Museum in Taipei. "Cultivation and Weaving Map" is a series of maps in ancient China to persuade Nongsang to use the form of drawing to record farming and silkworm weaving in detail, originally composed by the painter Lou Xuan during the Shaoxing period of the Southern Song Dynasty, and the work has been respected and praised by successive emperors.

Chen Mei (c. 1694–1745), courtesy name Zaidong, was a native of Lou County (present-day Songjiang, Shanghai). He is proficient in the creation of figures, landscapes, flowers and birds, and has a deep foundation in traditional Chinese painting. In the fourth year of Yongzheng (1726), he entered the palace as a full-time painter. On the basis of inheriting traditional Chinese painting, his works are deeply influenced by Western painters such as Lang Shining, and his new painting style combining Chinese and Western paintings has attracted the attention of the world.
