While sharing successful experiences, everyone also sincerely put forward their shortcomings and existing problems in their work, and discussed good strategies for improvement together.
Comrade Shi Xuncheng, deputy secretary of the school branch, introduced his own experience in the work of the class teacher, believing that as a class teacher, he should "manage and have the law, strict and loving, wide and degree, fine and complete, and multi-party cooperation.".
