Chen Mansheng, real name Chen Hongshou (1768-1822), zigong, mansheng, lao man, manshou, mangong, also known as jiagu pavilion chief, Xuxi Yuyin, seed Yu xianke, seed Yu Daoren, Zhejiang Qiantang (now Hangzhou) people, lived in Qianlong, Jiaqing years. He is one of the "Eight Schools of Xiling" and is one of the spiritual leaders of the Xiling Seal Society. In the Mansheng era, the popularity of art forms with a strong literary atmosphere, such as gold stones and seal carvings, gradually showed a prosperous atmosphere in the printing altar, and then rose to a splendid genre of seals. Among them, in the middle of the Qing Dynasty, the Xiling Eight Families, composed of Ding Jing, Jiang Ren, Huang Yi, Xi Gang and Chen Yuzhong, Chen Mansheng, Zhao Zhichen and Qian Song, were the most influential seal carving groups in the Qing Dynasty, and the works of the Xiling Eight Families were deeply loved by literati and inkers at that time. And Chen Mansheng of the Eight Families of Xiling has taken a different path. Later, due to the cooperation with Yang Pengnian to produce a large number of purple sand pots, that is, the famous "Mansheng pot", he also became the most concerned figure in the "Xiling Eight Houses". Chen Mansheng can write and paint well, study gold stones, and more famously, his contribution to the design of purple sand pots is exemplary. Chen Mansheng worked closely with his contemporaries Yang Pengnian, a purple sand artist, to perfectly integrate calligraphy and painting poetry, gold stone seal carving, purple sand craftsmanship, etc., creating a unique and mature era of literati purple sand.

Shigu Wen, the pre-Qin carved stone script, is named Shigu Wen because of its carved stone shape like a drum. It is the earliest piece of stone carved cultural relics unearthed in China, which was discovered in the early Tang Dynasty, with a total of ten pieces, about three and three feet in height, and a large seal of four poems, a total of ten poems, counting 718 characters. Shiguwen naturally possessed the triple attributes of literature, history and art, and was later regarded as a national treasure by successive generations of literati.

Wang Qiang has been studying the Qin Stone Drum for many years, absorbing nutrients, and has taken on the purple sand of the Stone Drum with a personal appearance. It is also carved in purple sand with Mr. Tong Yanfang's golden stone seal, which is like a tiger adding wings, a big master of collecting literature and art, and is a good legend of literature and art in the new era.
