Zhang Chun, an investigator of the Public Security Bureau of Huaibin County, Henan Province, a bachelor of law, a first-class police inspector, and a trace inspection engineer, has been awarded the third class merit of the individual three times, and has won the honorary titles of advanced individual in the province's public security organs' online pursuit of fugitives, outstanding people's police in the province, and "professional and technical top-notch talents".

Over the years, Zhang Chun has always been conscientious in his work, paying attention to the practical results of his work, and has successively used the information platform to arrest more than 100 online fugitives. In June 2021, the public security police lined up a clue of suspected online fugitives during a visit. With this information, Zhang Chun worked overtime overnight to search for multiple related issues, went to Urumqi, Xinjiang, to arrest the suspect Mao Mouqiang, and successfully cracked a 28-year-long backlog of murder cases in Xixian County, Xinjiang.

In the "Thunder Operation" carried out by the bureau, Zhang Chun provided 79 effective clues for the case through several days of unremitting efforts, and investigators arrested a number of criminal suspects. Once when he was looking at the video surveillance, he accidentally found a criminal suspect, saying that it was late and fast, and the opportunity could not be lost, he quickly led the investigators to a hospital quickly, and Yan Mou, who was receiving hospital treatment there, was arrested on the spot.

During the pneumonia epidemic of the new coronavirus infection in 2020, Zhang Chun proactively led the staff of the center to work overtime to sort out the returnees, thus providing information support for accurate epidemic prevention and control.
