Cysticercosis is also known as porcine cysticercosis. There is no significant seasonality in this disease, and the incidence is higher in the warm season suitable for egg survival. Mainly the free-range breeding of pigs, even thatched pens, people defecating on the ground, so that pigs eat pregnant nodes or eggs in the feces of hook tapeworm patients. Pigs are the intermediate host of hook tapeworm, and people are the terminal host of hook tapeworm, which is also the intermediate host; the pregnant egg fragments in the patient's body fall off the worm body and are excreted with feces, and some segments are ruptured by external mechanical action, and the eggs are scattered. Pigs eat pregnant nodes or eggs in the feces of hook tapeworm patients, or contaminated with feed and drinking water, under the action of gastrointestinal fluid, six hooked larvae break out of the eggs, and then drill into the small blood vessels or lymphatic vessels of the intestinal wall, with the blood flow to reach the various parts of the pig body to stay, parasitic in the muscles and internal organs of pigs, after 2 to 3 months to develop into a capable capable cysticercosis, and become cysticercosis; and people eat pork with live cysticercosis and infected with hookworm disease. Someone else eats food and water contaminated with tapeworm eggs, or the patient vomits, returns the segments to the stomach, and the outer membrane and egg membrane are digested and released into six hooks and infected with cysticercosis.
(1) Cysticers viability experiment can use any animal bile 8 parts, add 2 parts of water, put in a Petri dish, heat and maintain 39 ~ 40 °C, the cysticer worm from the meat to tear off the connective tissue, but do not squeeze the cyst, and then put in the bile, after 5 to 30 minutes of vitality of the cysticercosis, its head segment can be turned out, and see its activity. (2) The principle of prevention and prevention of this disease is "prevention first", do a good job of health work, and keep the disease from the mouth to the gate. First of all, the human tapeworm disease should be thoroughly surveyed and treated; the second is to manage the feces of good people, and conditionally carry out harmless treatment to kill insect eggs; the third is to manage pigs well, do not let pigs touch human feces. (3) Treatment (1) Drugs to expel the human body with hook tapeworm (1) betel nut, oral 50 to 100 grams; (2) niclosamide tablets, chewing, 3 grams, once in the morning on an empty stomach. (2) Treatment of porcine cysticercosis drugs (1) praziquantel, mixed feeding, once, 10 to 30 mg per kilogram of body weight; (2) propithiazole, mixed feeding, once, 10 to 20 mg per kilogram body weight. (3) Treatment of human cysticercosis drugs and usage: praziquantel: daily, 20mg/kg body weight, divided into two oral doses, continuously taken for 6 days. Meat health quarantine regulations: on the 40 square centimeters of area on the specified parts, when 3 cysticercosis or calcified insect bodies are detected or less, they are shipped after harmless treatment such as freezing or salting; 4-5 insect bodies are factory after high temperature treatment; more than 6 are used for industrial use or destruction; the stomach, intestines and skin are not restricted from leaving the factory; other internal organs and body fat are tested without cysticercosis. Harmless treatment method:1. Freezing: 13 °C freeze to keep for more than 4 days; Salting: 2.5kg or less of meat pieces, surface salt, the amount of meat weight is not less than 15%, marinated in thick brine at a temperature of 6 °C for more than 3 weeks, the insect body vitality should be checked before leaving the factory; High temperature: Cut into chunks of meat less than 8 cm thick and weigh less than 2.5 kg, start from boiling for 2 to 2.5 hours, and boil until the deep muscles are completely white, so as to kill the entire worm body.
