On November 2, 2021, Jiahe Bio-b (06998.hk) announced that Yi Qingqing resigned as Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director due to his decision to devote more time to other matters, effective November 2, 2021. Following his resignation, Mr. Yi also resigned as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
