During his service in a certain unit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and after he was discharged from the army, defendant Lin Yueshan, knowing that defendant Sun Zhongjing had betrayed intelligence to Taiwan's spy agencies, actively collected and stole military information for Sun, and then provided sun Zhongjing with an illegal income of 1,600 yuan.
