After the written examination, a total of 34 candidates entered the qualification review process.

After the qualification review, all candidates enter the interview stage. This interview takes the form of leaderless group discussion, focusing on the candidate's organizational and coordination ability, oral expression ability, debate persuasion ability, and interpersonal relationship handling skills. The team of examiners is composed of relevant leaders of the Organization Department of the District Committee, the District Committee of the China Democratic League, the District Water Bureau, the District Government Office, the District Education Bureau, the District Health and Health Bureau, the District Science and Commerce Information Bureau, Shatou Street, Shibi Street, Shiqi Town, Hualong Town and other units, and has undergone professional training in interview scoring to achieve the scientificity, comprehensiveness and objectivity of the comprehensive performance evaluation of candidates.
