Tong Weizhong, deputy head of the Fifth Guidance Group for Education and Rectification of the Municipal Law Contingent, attended the meeting to give a lecture on the "Three Provisions."
Lu Fangzhou, secretary of the district party committee and head of the leading group for the education and rectification of the district political and legal contingent, presided over the meeting and made a statement. The "three provisions" are the "Provisions on the Recording, Notification, and Pursuit of Responsibility of Leading Cadres Interfering in Judicial Activities and Interfering in the Handling of Specific Cases," the "Provisions on recording and pursuing responsibility for interrogation cases by personnel within judicial organs," and the "Several Provisions on Further Regulating judicial Personnel's Contacts and Interactions with Parties, Lawyers, Persons with Special Relationships, and Intermediary Organizations." At the propaganda meeting, Tong Weizhong made an in-depth interpretation from three aspects, including the background, main contents, and implementation requirements of the promulgation of the "Three Provisions.", with clear viewpoints and rich examples, which have a strong sense of guidance, pertinence, and operability, and are of great guiding significance for Jiading party and government leading cadres to study and implement the "Three Regulations."
Lu Fangzhou said that he would conscientiously study the specific requirements of the "Three Provisions," study them thoroughly, constantly strengthen their awareness of discipline and law, the bottom line, and the awareness of rules, and resolutely ensure that they would not interfere in judicial activities or interfere in the handling of specific cases in their work.
