From October 13 to 14, Wang Guoan, chairman of the Cross-Strait Operators' Club and chairman of the Taiwan Great Health Industry Alliance Association, led a delegation to Zibo to inspect, and Gai Weixing, member of the Standing Committee of the Zibo Municipal CPC Committee and director of the United Front Work Department, met with Wang Guoan and his entourage.
Gai Weixing welcomed the arrival of the guests, saying that Zibo's pharmaceutical industry has developed over more than 70 years, forming two major advantageous industrial clusters of chemical pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and the output value ranks the forefront of the province. At present, the Zibo Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government regard the new pharmaceutical industry as an important direction for the development of Zibo's industry, vigorously implement the "four strong" industrial climbing plan including new medicine, accelerate the construction of a "five-good" city that is eager to learn, good-looking, delicious, fun and entrepreneurial, and strive to build a complete and perfect industrial chain and industrial ecology for the development of the new pharmaceutical industry. Taiwan Great Health Industry Alliance Association brings together the high-quality resources of Taiwan's medical and health industry, and the investment and development direction is highly compatible with the new pharmaceutical industry in our city, and the cooperation prospects are broad. It is hoped that the two sides will further strengthen communication and docking, actively seek entry points for cooperation, promote the landing of relevant projects, and promote more achievements in economic and trade cooperation between Zizhou and Taiwan.
Wang Guoan said that he is very optimistic about the development of Zibo, and looks forward to in-depth exchanges with the medical and health industry in Zibo, seeking cooperation opportunities in the fields of biomedicine, medical health, cancer prevention and treatment, assisted reproduction, etc., and bringing Taiwan's high-quality resources to Zibo for common development.
During their stay in Zi, the delegation visited the Qi Culture Museum, Qi Du Pharmaceutical, Central Hospital, Xinhua Pharmaceutical, Huantai County Hongchao Medical Care and other places, and held discussions and exchanges with relevant units.
