Bergamot snail
Bergamot snails also have gooseneck barnacles, bergamot barnacles and other names. It is a seafood that is known as coming from hell, and I personally think it has this name because of its strange appearance or the difficulty of collecting.
mountaintop
It was a photograph taken at the top of the mountain; it would be too dangerous to walk along the shore to the location of the collection, because the mountain was full of stones and the sea was not shallow; so we had to go up to the top of the mountain, and then climb down from this mountain to the place where we were going to collect the bergamot snail.
Seaside reef
This mountain is about 150-180 meters, there is no road inside, occasionally locals will climb down to fish, outsiders basically will not go to this kind of place.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to lie down from the top of the mountain to the beach, which is very physically demanding; I have brought friends to come, and the way down the mountain is stop-and-go, and when I go up the mountain, I am directly tired to shock...
stone
The dense pile of stones was where I was going to collect barnacles
conch
There are actually many conchs, stone crabs, and many small fish on these stones
Single-toothed snail
Looking up the name of this small snail should be called single-tooth snail, edible; because we generally see small, rarely large, so generally do not care about these small things.
It is overgrown with bergamot snails
Almost every crevice in the stone near the sea is covered with dense bergamot snails
Gooseneck barnacles
The growth of the bergamot snail can be described by seeing a needle in the seam
Barnacles under the rocks
The barnacles here have several colors, perhaps different colors at different ages, or the shell is washed by the sea, causing the original color to fall...
Barnacles growing in stone crevices
It's easy to get a single bergamot snail down, but it's hard to find a gap in your hand.
Mainly I want to be big, so it is very difficult to out those big ones in this group of bergamot snails.
A bergamot snail that looks a lot like a flower
Waves
Today's wave is very big, ready to "escape" at any time
Bergamot snail
Every time I pick up a bigger bergamot snail, I am very excited, and it is really not easy.
Near the level of the bergamot snail
The closer to the level of the bergamot snail, the more "fat" it grows, so if you want to eat something delicious, you have to look down and look for it
Bergamot snail in a stone crevice
Found a few large, but this position is a bit untouchable
That's a good bonus
In our wave this is already a relatively large bergamot snail
This is the most difficult thing to warp
You can't get a knife
The good stuff is under the stone

This is the man all lying on the stone
Good luck
One up to more than one larger, good luck.
The head of the bergamot snail has a shell-like shell, and the tail is a bit like the feel of the "rice bag", and the main part is eaten.
Two hours to get up the bergamot snail
It's about 100 minutes of harvest, because I still have to try the taste, so I don't dare to waste too much time to get up
The bergamot snail will feel fresher than other shellfish, the meat will be a little tenderer than other shellfish, and the other shellfish will be nothing else. There will also be a little bit of sand, and it can't be removed...
If you want to see a video of trying out the taste of bergamot snail, you can go and see what I posted before, which has a detailed process.
