On March 19, Lazio FC officially announced on its official website that it has renewed its contract with Brazilian centre-back Luiz Felipe, who is about to turn 21, and signed a new contract until June 30, 2022.
Born on 22 March 1997 in Colina, state of São Paulo, Luis Filipe is a 1.87 m tall centre-back and also has Italian citizenship. In the summer of 2016, Lazio signed Luis Filipe from Ituano for €750,000 and sent him on loan to Salernitana for a season.
Luis Felipe returned to the BlueHawks last summer and has made 22 appearances for the team this season. Although not the absolute main force of the team, it has also received the weight of coach Inzaghi Jr.
Luis Felipe's contract with the Blue Eagles was originally signed until June 2020, but now the two sides have extended their contract for 2 years, with the new contract signed until June 30, 2022.
