Ingredients: 200 g flour, 100 g minced meat, 2 g salt, 3 g monosodium glutamate, 3 g chicken meal, 2 g sugar, 10 g shallots

Start production:
1. Add water to the flour and form a dough and let stand for 20 minutes.
2. Season with minced meat, add shallots and mix well until strong, set aside.
3. Roll out the dough into 0.5 cm thick slices and spread the mixed minced meat evenly over the slices.
4. Fold the dough in half once and then fold it again, cutting off.
5. Heat the pan to 160°C, add the prepared meatloaf, fry until golden brown on both sides, take out the knife and plate it.
