Recently, with the help of the 5 village working group of the Kashgar Regional Highway Administration Bureau, the children of 12 poor households and their families in the village were officially hired as road maintenance workers of the bureau, embarking on the road to get rid of poverty and become rich.
Since the Kashgar Highway Administration Bureau's 5-village working group in Mushi Township lived in the village, it has learned about the people's situation in many ways, and learned that the village has a series of problems such as a small number of people, a large surplus labor force, a low level of peasant education, no professional skills, and difficulty in employment.
Yakupujan Abdullah, deputy director of the Kashgar Regional Highway Administration's Detachment Branch: Since we lived in the villages of the Kashgar Regional Highway Administration Bureau, we have learned about the situation of peasants through door-to-door visits, and there are more unemployed young people in the 5 villages, because their cultural quality is relatively low, they have not received advanced education, so they cannot find jobs. Again, they have less land to plant, so they can't get rid of poverty. According to this situation, the sub-bureau consulted with the working group, and our highway bureau arranged temporary work for them, and initially arranged 12 people to work. In this way, their monthly income will reach at least 1400 yuan, which greatly reduces their financial burden and promotes them to get rid of poverty through this temporary work.
Usman Abdureyim is a young man from 5 villages in Mushi Township, his family has three people, because the family has no arable land, has been working as a handyman in the village and township to maintain a living, want to go out to find a job, because of the low level of education, and no vocational skills, employment is more difficult, resulting in a difficult family life. With the help of his village work, he has now become a road maintenance worker, completely solving the employment problems that have plagued him for many years.
Wusman Abdureyimu, a farmer in the five villages of Mushi Township: I have no arable land, I do not have professional skills, my family is very difficult, today the village working group gave me a solution to the work, I cherish this opportunity, I will work hard to improve the family situation.
