According to the change records, Song Guangju retired as a director and legal person of Poly Development, and Liu Ping, who had replaced the retired Song Guangju as the current chairman of Poly Development on July 30, also took over the position of legal person.
Song Guangju, born in 1960, joined the army at the age of 17, and was founded in 1992 by Poly Development, Song Guangju was one of the first 8 professional soldiers to participate in the preparation.
As one of the founders and leaders, Song Guangju rose all the way in Poly Development, starting as general manager in 2002, and song Guangju officially became the helmsman of Poly Development in 2010 and was promoted to chairman.
To this day, the Iron Lady, who has been at the helm of Poly development for 11 years, has also officially bid farewell to this giant central enterprise.
Liu Ping, who succeeded Song Guangju in 1968, also grew up within Poly Development, successively serving as the chief of the branch directly under the Guangdong Provincial Audit Office, the manager of the planning department of Poly Real Estate, the director of the general manager's office, the assistant general manager, the secretary of the board of directors, the deputy general manager, and the general manager.
Today, Liu Ping has also become a director, chairman, legal person and party secretary of Poly Development.
After Liu Ping took over the position of chairman, on August 18, Poly Development issued an announcement that Zhou Dongli would take over his position as general manager and agreed to his directorial candidate.
In this change record, Zhou Dongli has also been officially registered as a director of Poly Development.
At the same time, Zhang Zhengao withdrew from the director and Zhao Zigao was appointed as a director.
