"Spray carefully in every corner to ensure safety." On the morning of November 4, in the consumer goods exhibition area of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), the reporter saw that a variety of exhibits were already in place, and the epidemic prevention personnel wearing protective clothing were disinfecting to make final preparations for the opening of the exhibition area.

The fourth CIIE strictly implements the overall requirements for epidemic prevention and control of "external prevention of import, internal prevention and rebound", focuses on "people, objects and pavilions", keeps a close eye on the entrance to the city, the place of residence, the flow, the exhibition hall door, the activity point and the monitoring post, and strictly implements measures such as "full closed-loop management, full chain traceability, full vaccination, full nucleic acid testing, full inspection and access, and comprehensive environmental clearance".

Before entering the venue, reporters need to upload the health code, 48-hour nucleic acid test results, vaccination information, and pass the review. Face recognition, chip verification, and infrared temperature measurement are synchronized to ensure rapid passage through the security gate, avoid personnel gathering, and reduce the risk of infection.

According to Wu Jinglei, director of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, all participants from other places who come to Shanghai to participate in the exhibition need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before arriving in Shanghai, all exhibitors need to provide a valid nucleic acid test negative certificate within 48 hours before entering the museum each time they enter the museum, all exhibitors need to complete their "application code" application and registration at least 1 day in advance before entering the exhibition area, and domestic exhibitors need to complete the full vaccination of the new crown vaccine 14 days before entering the exhibition area. For inbound participants, in principle, do a good job of health management for a period of 21 days (14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of community health monitoring), and only after a negative nucleic acid test can they participate in the exhibition.

Shuttling through the exhibition hall, the reporter saw that there was an epidemic prevention and control propaganda column at the entrance of each exhibition area, prompting people to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, maintain social distancing, etc.; near each publicity column, there were epidemic prevention materials such as masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant tissues, etc., which were used as they were taken; masks, hand sanitizer and other epidemic prevention materials were placed at the front desk of each rest area... Ensure that everyone has access at all times and do a good job of personal protection.

The reporter learned that a total of 6 medical points were set up in the venue, and each medical point was equipped with several medical staff. Once the personnel in the venue are unwell, they can receive medical services in time. If the people in the field have symptoms such as fever and dizziness, they will be isolated for observation. Once the new crown pneumonia is confirmed, it will be sent to the designated hospital by negative pressure ambulance for treatment.

The dining area in the middle of the exhibition hall is also the focus of epidemic prevention and control. The ground at the entrance of the restaurant is posted with a one-meter line sign to remind diners to pay attention to maintaining distance; there is a two-dimensional code on the wall, which can be scanned to order food; the temperature should be measured before entering the restaurant; and the isolation baffle is installed on the table in the restaurant to prevent cross-infection during meals.
