The athletic reporter Shams Charania reported that multiple sources revealed that Clippers center Sergi Ibaka executed a player option worth 9.7 million for the 2021-22 season.
Ibaka played just 41 games with injuries in the 2020-21 season, missing all playoffs, and he averaged 11.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
