According to the Tianyancha APP, Hawthorn Tree Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in January 2017 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, the legal representative is Wu Yinlong, and the business scope includes food circulation; edible agricultural products, office supplies, daily necessities, clothing, shoes and hats, etc. The company is now jointly held by Wu Yinlong and Cui Yongyuan, with a shareholding ratio of 65% and 35% respectively.
