Li Hujun, a 43-year-old native of Xiyuan Village, Longmen Town, once worked in a hotel in Qinhuangdao and learned to cook well. After more than a decade of wandering, he returned to his hometown. For the convenience of the stall, he took his wife, children and his mother in her 70s to move to the village of Poti in the new city and rent a private house.
The family's income depends on this stall, the couple steamed buns every morning, prepared fresh ingredients, 4 p.m. on time to the stall, until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night to close the stall, summer will be extended to more than 2 a.m., a year of hard work, income of more than 100,000 yuan is basically no problem.
