Li Hujun wore a thick cotton jacket and a beanie hat, and while skillfully making hand-grabbed cakes for customers, he chatted with customers.

Li Hujun, a 43-year-old native of Xiyuan Village, Longmen Town, once worked in a hotel in Qinhuangdao and learned to cook well. After more than a decade of wandering, he returned to his hometown. "Drifting outside, every time around the New Year, I am particularly homesick, I always feel that the family is still full of new year,The hometown people are more cordial, and even if you come back, even if you have a bitter point, it is nothing." He said.

In 2010, Li Hujun returned to Hancheng, set up a stall to sell breakfast, mainly selling egg cakes, which is his specialty, is a craft learned from qinhuangdao "stealing teachers", combined with The taste of Hancheng slightly improved, homemade spices to make hot sauce, the customer response is good. In 2016, he set up a household here, focusing on egg cakes, Anqing wontons, hand-grabbed cakes, small dumplings and rice noodles. For the convenience of the stall, he took his wife, children and his mother in her 70s to move to the village of Poti in the new city and rent a private house.

The family's income depends on this stall, the couple steamed buns every morning, prepared fresh ingredients, 4 p.m. on time to the stall, until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night to close the stall, summer will be extended to more than 2 a.m., a year of hard work, income of more than 100,000 yuan is basically no problem.

Li Hujun said with a smile: "Although the business in 2018 is not as good as the first two years, as long as you insist on doing a good job, the income is not bad in a year, I believe that the business in 2019 will be better, after all, from the beginning of the 'guerrilla' sale of breakfast to now have a fixed stall, any obstacle can be lived, and the life is always getting better and better." ”
