Wang Bingquan told the surging news that at about 10 p.m. on March 10, he found that Si Zhaofeng and Liu were staying in a hotel in Baofeng County, and Wang Bingquan then called the police and entered the room with the police of Chengguan Town, Baofeng County, who came to the police, and videotaped Si and Liu.
