Women's Half Horse New Record Birth Record "World One Sister" opens Bubka mode? The training cheats of the new half horse record boobka model "world half horse one sister" of the long stream of wealth

The Iberian Peninsula, located in southwestern Europe, seems to be a good place to produce a half-horse world record.

The seven-year-old men's half-horse record of 58 minutes and 23 seconds was set by Eritrean zersenay tadese in March 2010 in Lisbon, portugal.

Kenyan actress Florence Kiplagat set two women's world records in Barcelona, Spain in 2014 and February 2015, with results of 65:12 and 65:09 respectively.

In Prague in April, 23-year-old Kenyan rookie Joyciline Jepkosgei broke the world record 1:04:52, becoming the first woman to break the 65-point mark while sweeping the world records for 10, 15 and 20 km and half-horse.

This record has only been maintained for half a year. On 22 October, in the Valencia half-horse race, Jep Kosgai once again set a world record, but this time by a small margin of just one second.

Born on 8 December 1993, Jepkosgai is a female soldier who plays for the Kenya Defence Forces athletics team. In the past three years, she has improved rapidly and her achievements have improved by leaps and bounds.

She made her debut in 2015 and finished fifth in the capital Nairobi Half Horse with a 1:14:06 finish.

The following year in Nairobi, the "First Lady Half Horse", she ran 70 points in 1:09:09 and finished second.

In the same year, she finished second in the 5000m and 10000m events at the Kenya Military Games and finished third in the 10,000m at the African Athletics Championships in 31:28.28.

In February this year, at the half horse in the Uae's Ras Al Khaimah, she improved her half horse time again to 66 minutes and 08 seconds, which was also third.

That time, she only lost to the 2016 Half Marathon world champion peres jepchirchir, who set a world record of 65:06, and the current "marathon sister" Ketani, but defeated the Rio Olympic marathon champion and later found to be drugged Soumsho and ethiopian track queen Tironesh Di Baba.

After breaking the half-horse record in Prague in April, Jepkosgai continued to gain momentum, and in September she rewrote her 10km world record of 10 km at the Prague Grand Prix in 29 minutes and 43 seconds, becoming the first woman to run 10k and score 30 points.

Interestingly, the 5km and 10km pb she created this year are faster than the same distance (5k 14:52 vs 15:40; 10k 29:43 vs 31:28), probably because she doesn't like running tracks or isn't good at racing at kenya's high altitudes.

At the pre-race technical meeting of the Valencia half-horse on Saturday, despite high expectations, Jep kosge did not say anything to death, threatening to break the world record again.

She only said in a low-key manner that after setting a 10-kilometer road running record last month, her training was going well and she was confident that she could run fast this time.

At the start of Sunday's race, the temperature at 18 degrees was a little high, but the Kenyan rabbit ezekiel kemboi, who was ordered to lead at a uniform speed of 3 minutes and 05 seconds, brought out faster than planned.

Jepkosgai 5km took just 14:53 – half-horse to score a 63-point rhythm; the second 5km at 15:14, the pace dropped by 3 points. 10 km 30 minutes and 07 seconds, slower than Prague's 30:04, but still enough to run 64 points, breaking the world record.

On the third 5k, she continued to drop to 3 minutes and 10 seconds, taking 15:50; 15 km 45:57.

On the fourth 5 km, with the cheers of the audience, she accelerated to 15:31, and the clock showed 61 minutes and 28 seconds when passing the 20 km sign.

She stared at the clock sprinting in the final straight, setting her sixth world record of the year at 1:04:51.

Women's second and third places were also included by Kenyans: Fancy Chemutai runner-up, 1:06:58; lucy Cheruiyot third, 1:07:30.

The men's first was won by Abraham Cheroben, a Kenyan Bahraini runner who ran out 59:11; second and third places were both Ethiopian.

This time Jepkosgay only shortened the world record by 1 second, which inevitably makes people think: Is she pinching the time to run, deliberately leaving room?

The grandfather of this practice, of course, was sergey bubka, the overlord of the pole vault generation who was 30 years older than her (born December 4, 1963).

The Soviet-Ukrainian name revolutionized the men's pole vault: faster, stronger and more athletic than his predecessors.

These features allow him to reach faster speeds before taking off, use heavier, more elastic poles, and hold bars much higher than others.

Since breaking the world record in pole vaulting with 5 m 81 in January 1984, he has broken the world record 35 times in 10 years – 17 outdoors and 18 indoors.

The world's first man who skipped the 6m mark and 6m 10 successfully achieved six consecutive championships from 1983 to 1997 at the World Championships in Athletics, but unfortunately the Olympic gold medal was won only one in Seoul in 1988, which was jokingly called the "Olympic curse":

He became famous in 1984 when the Soviet Union boycotted the Los Angeles Olympics.

At the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, he failed to jump three times and was eliminated.

In Atlanta in 1996, he was unable to play because of a heel injury.

At the 2000 Sydney Olympics, he was out again with three strikes.

Bubka broke the record not much every time. Since 1988 (outdoor) and 1991 (indoor), he has only increased by 1 centimeter at a time, obviously to make the source of wealth "thin water and long flow" - to receive the record-breaking award many times.

This should also be what sponsor Nike means, because every time it breaks the record, it will get exposed. Every time LaoBu breaks a record, Nike will have a heavy gold reward, which is said to be up to $100,000.

In February 1993, Bubka set an indoor world record of 6 meters 15 meters in Donetsk, Ukraine, which stood for 21 years, until February 2014, when it was broken by the Frenchman Renaud lavillenie.

His outdoor record of 6.14 meters in July 2014 remains untouched. However, according to the new rules revised by the IAAF in 2000, the record for pole vaulting indoor and outdoor records was combined into one, and Lavilleni's result was the only world record.

Judging by Jepkosgai's strength, if she wants to shorten the world record by only 1 second at a time, it should not be difficult to do it at least one or twenty times.

The rewards were enormous: this time she won a championship prize of 3,000 euros, a record-breaking (67 points) prize plus 3,000 euros, and a world record-breaking prize of up to 50,000 euros!

(The following issue was first published in April this year, after Jepkosgay broke the half-horse world record for the first time))

The fastest woman in the world running half a horse is also a young mother who has been married for seven years and has only 6 years old. How exactly does she practice?

Shortly after that record-breaking battle, Jepkosgay's husband and coach Nicholas Koech gave an email interview to Sports Illustrated. The Q&A is as follows:

Joyciline is only 23 years old, why did she decide to focus on road running instead of the field?

We've experienced field training and road running training, and her body responds better to the latter. In addition, participating in road running competitions also makes her feel better than the field races.

Many kenyan elite runners are reportedly training at a less paced pace. What is the training pace of joyciline on easy day? What good does this have for her aerobic base?

On easy training days and easy runs, her average pace is 5 minutes. This is mainly used to help her body recover from the high-quality exercises we do.

What is the timing of her marathon debut? When will we see her in the 42.2km race?

Our primary goal is to break more records in road running and, incidentally, some track records. I want her to be a pacemaker for two or four marathons before she runs her first race in a few years.

We're thinking about the next 10 to 12 years, and we don't want to chase marathon glory just because joyciline can run in the 65 to early 66 points. We believe we still have time and will turn to marathons at the right time.

How was the Prague race planned?

Prague has been our main goal this season. We treated the Ravin Al Khaimah half-horse as a formal test and adjusted our training in the last few weeks based on what actually happened.

For Prague, our plan is to aim for 65 points and track records. If her body is well-behaved and everything is ready, we want to start at high pace, because Joyciline is a pure front runner (used to leading the way).

Her rabbit edwin kiplagat trains with her every day and is familiar with her, which is very helpful! We are grateful to runczech (Czech Running) for their assistance in allowing edwin to be a rabbit.

Can you show us what she trained in before the Prague summit week? How much is she running? I guess there are also some intermittent exercises.

Her average weekly running volume is around 140 to 150 kilometers. Here's a breakdown of her training session for March this year:
