On April 30, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the VAT reform zero point invoicing operation, she personally went to the enterprise, counseled the enterprise, and helped the enterprise solve the problem of invoicing, and received more than 100 phone calls in one day alone.
On June 1, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the first collection of the VAT reform, Huang Cheng, as an emergency officer, was assigned to the Yunyan Tax Service Hall, which had the largest workload. Previously, Huang Cheng's body plummeted due to his overdraft of his time and health, and he had been working with illness for more than 30 days. In the first week of the hall, due to the excessive speech of the answering taxpayer, it led to a long cough and could not speak. Later, she was transferred back to work in the office, and within a week, she returned to work in the collection hall with illness.

In October 2016, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Large Enterprise and International Tax Office. From 2016 to the present, she has led the team to complete various risk management tasks pushed by the General Administration, and has paid a total of 299.64 million yuan in taxes, including 189.46 million yuan of value-added tax and 110.18 million yuan of corporate income tax.
