Shang Shengbo, deputy secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee of the Youth League, introduced that since November 2019, the Shandong Provincial Party Committee of the Youth League and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province have launched the "Blue Bird Plan", which aggregates the resources of cities and counties, enterprises and universities, and takes multiple measures to deliver services for college graduates and escort their "stable employment".
It is understood that the "Blue Bird Plan" accurately serves the employment of college graduates by building a docking bridge. Focus on key enterprises, coordinate the use of resources such as the Youth Federation, the Youth Enterprise Association, and the "Youth Enterprise Summit", and the provincial, municipal and county three-level league organizations will work hard to tap high-quality posts and accurately promote and match, and send posts with good treatment and great potential to college graduates.
At the beginning of this year, through the "Blue Bird Plan, Select Shandong" employment service season, accurately explore the employment needs of local pillar industries and landmark enterprises, build a platform for enterprises to negotiate and dock with college graduates, open provincial and 16 cities one by one "online live broadcast hall" and "cloud interview room", release 179,000 high-quality jobs, and take posts offline into colleges and universities to carry out targeted recruitment and promotion of talent policies, and attract and transport talents for more than 4,700 enterprises. Promote 36,700 employment intentions, and promote the "two-way docking" between the demand of local industries and the needs of graduates.
The "Blue Bird Plan" focuses on extending the service chain and creating a service carrier. This summer, the Shandong Communist Youth League launched the "Blue Bird Program Internship Practice Season", attracting 21,500 prospective graduates to more than 3,200 institutions and local landmark enterprises in Shandong Province for internships, and 594,000 college students participated in social practices such as rural revitalization, social governance, and epidemic prevention and control at the grassroots level.
It is worth mentioning that the "Blue Bird Plan" also promotes the "Rural Revitalization" workstation of Tsinghua University to settle in Weihai, Jining and other places, establishes the "Blue Bird Station" of 66 well-known universities such as Peking University, condenses more than 8,500 students and talents from Shandong, normalizes the push of employment information, interprets talent policies, organizes 212 exchange activities such as "Perception Line" and "See hometown", and more than 8,000 fresh graduates perceive Shandong on the ground.
In addition, the "Blue Bird Project" focuses on the construction of "youth stations" by expanding the content of employment services. Focus on solving the problems of college students, unemployed youth accommodation and job search, job docking, etc., and launch the "Youth Station" project in Shandong. As one of the key livelihood projects of the provincial party committee's party history study and education "I do practical things for the masses" practical activities, the Shandong Communist Youth League gives full play to the advantages of social mobilization, mobilizes all levels of youth federations, youth enterprise associations, etc. to support construction, and covers 228 "youth stations" in 16 cities and 136 counties (cities, districts) with high standard construction, providing free accommodation, policy interpretation, job promotion, skills training, social integration and other "one-stop" services for college students seeking jobs within 7 days, and has served more than 3,800 people.
