Guizhou Zunyi specialty: Zunyi Maofeng

Zunyi Maofeng tea is produced in Meitan County, Zunyi City, and is picked 10 to 15 days before and after the Qingming Festival every year, and is made through three processes: greening, kneading and drying. Zunyi Maofeng tea has the characteristics of emerald green and oily color, long-lasting tender fragrance and refreshing taste.

Zunyi Maofeng is produced in the Guizhou Provincial Tea Research Institute, which is located in Meitan County, Zunyi City. Meitan County has beautiful mountains and clear waters, surrounded by mountains, and the beautiful Meijiang River runs through the city, known as "Little Jiangnan". The tea garden of the Tea Research Institute is surrounded by mountains and water, the environment is particularly beautiful, the hillside around the tea garden, planted with osmanthus flowers, banana pears, grapefruit, ziwei and other aromatic plants, the aroma is swirling, and there is a steaming water vapor of the Meijiang River, the natural environment is very conducive to the formation of excellent quality of tea.
