Kailong Shares (002783.sz) issued an announcement that the company recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Cheng Xiong, a director of the seventh board of directors of the company. In order to better straighten out the working relationship and perform the duties of a director, Mr. Cheng Xiong applied to resign as a director of the Company and resigned as a member of the special committee under the Board of Directors of the Company at the same time, and Mr. Cheng Xiong no longer held any position in the Company after his resignation.

At the same time, the 41st meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of the Company deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Resignation of Directors and the By-election of Directors", agreed to elect Mr. Wen Zhengliang as a non-independent director candidate for the 7th Board of Directors of the Company, and submitted it to the Company's Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 for consideration.
