At the grassroots level, Han Jia led the optimization of 4G networks, special optimizations and network quality improvement. He has participated in the network planning and optimization of Huaihua Mobile TDS Phase IV, V and VI, LTE Phase I, II, III and IV, and is the forerunner of Huaihua Mobile TDS and LTE Planning Optimization.

Especially in the case of weak personnel technology and many network problems in the early stage of 3/4g network construction, Han Jia often works overtime to check the abnormal network problems, and as a technical expert, he has repeatedly supported the provincial company and supported the province's rNC technology benchmarking work, and achieved three achievements that were selected as the group's technical benchmarks; Support lte planning review, simulation, parameter verification and interference investigation of the province's LTE planning scheme, which has been praised by the provincial company. Through continuous learning and accumulation, it has produced 3 group technical benchmarks, 5 provincial micro-innovation achievements, 4 provincial excellent quality management achievements, and 2 best operation and maintenance practices.
