Han Jia is not a "good child" in the traditional education evaluation system. Han Jia said: "My dream in the first year of high school was to major in history at Beijing Normal University, and when I was in my second year of high school, I became a history major at Hebei Normal University, and when I was in my third year of high school, I could also major in history at Huihua College. The college entrance examination was not as he wished, but he did not expect that this was the most important change in his life.

Coincidentally, Han Jia resonated with post-85 entrepreneurs of similar age in the training class, and they jointly created the "second generation" training platform.
The "second generation" founded by Han Jia and his partners is not the second generation of entrepreneurs who grew up with the "golden key" and took the baton from their father's hands as people imagined. Named "Chuang Er Dai", Han Jia's original intention is as follows: "The definition of the Chuang Er Dai is the second generation of Entrepreneurs in China, there are many post-85 entrepreneurial groups in China, they are not old, they need knowledge and previous entrepreneurs are different, in order to better serve this group, he and his partners set up the platform of Chuang Er Dai. ”
There is a special thing about the "second generation" when looking for lecturers, they do not look for well-known entrepreneurs, because there is an age gap for the second generation, they are not contemporaries. "What is needed to listen to the lecture is not a sense of worship, but to awaken the fighting spirit of young entrepreneurs in their own hearts, and only peers standing opposite their peers are the most lethal." After that, Han Jia stood out among more than 300 students of the "Second Generation" and was promoted to the dream lecturer of the "Second Generation" with the first place. In three years, he has traveled to many places around the country, met a lot of the second generation, and has a clear idea. "Entrepreneurship must have supporting services, and it is necessary to have a guide who thinks, has ideas, and has practice." In one year of development, Hebei Maker Park has become a national-level maker space recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and a provincial-level youth entrepreneurship incubation base recognized by the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.
In 2016, with the establishment of more and more co-working spaces, there are more than 80 identified in Shijiazhuang alone, Han Jia through the national co-creation space research, he and the team believe that the co-creation space to survive there are three ideas: 1, co-creation space relies on real enterprises; 2, co-creation space relies on angel funds; 3, co-creation space relies on incubators, through the analysis of the profit model of co-creation space, Han Jia changed his thinking and established Jichuang incubator. Han Jia made a very vivid analogy: "Incubators are like universities, maker parks are like middle schools, universities dig up good seedlings from middle schools, and give priority to bringing seedlings to their own universities." ”
Jichuang Incubator is now a provincial incubator recognized by the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province, and has been selected as the vice president unit of Hebei Science and Technology Enterprise Incubation Association. Han Jia himself was also recommended by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and elected as the "Voice of Youth" entrepreneurship mentor of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League; jointly recommended by Hebei Normal University and Hebei University of Science and Technology to be elected as an entrepreneurial mentor of the Ministry of Education, and recommended by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to be elected as the vice chairman of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Design Industry Alliance.
At present, Hanjia's Hebei Maker Park has 46 enterprises, as well as two listed companies on the New Third Board and three high-tech enterprises. Among them, Hebei Maker Park is an exhibitor of Hebei Shuangchuang Week in 2016, and it is also the only maker space in Hebei Province recommended by Hebei Province to the Beijing exhibition area.
When asked about the secrets of entrepreneurship, Han Jia said: "I have always used comparison, dialectics, repetition and practice to restrain myself." When doing anything, you must compare back and forth, so that you know what is in mind; things have good and bad sides, treat things dialectically, and choose the good side to learn from; Han Jia is young, many people do not recognize, he uses things to dispel the disbelief of others, this is a repeated process; all work must finally fall into practice, Han Jia often says to his employees: "When you revolve around things, others revolve around you; you give your heart to things, others will give your heart to you."
