Yuhai Lou is one of the four major library buildings in Zhejiang, located in the northeast corner of Ruian Ancient City, Zhejiang.
In the fifteenth year of Qing Guangxu, Sun Yiyan, the secretary of the Taibu Temple, built this building.
The courtyard of Yuhai Lou is quiet, the trees are green, surrounded by ponds on three sides, two entrances before and after, five rooms wide, and the building has a corridor, which is connected front and back.
The whole building integrates a library building, a residential house and a private garden, and has a strong characteristic of the official eunuch residence in southern Zhejiang.
