Yang Guanhua, a famous Chinese designer who has been studying in France for many years, returned to Beijing with the latest season of new products. The brand-new elysée Yang clothing studio is open to the public from June. In an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Network, she elaborated on her understanding of excellent design, hoping that consumers would not blindly follow the trend, and designers could not think of "making fast money".
Yang Guanhua, who grew up in Beijing, went to France to study after graduating from university. "You can't think about making quick money." Yang Guanhua believes that the tide brand meets the needs of some consumers, but FMCG should not become the mainstream, especially in China's contemporary society, should not blindly pursue the so-called "fast fashion", but to tap their own characteristics to create a boutique with international influence.
From top luxury goods to fashion classics, Yang Guanhua said that every big brand that really leads the trend of the times, or a certain fashion symbol, is rooted in cultural factors, and it is inseparable from the development trend of the times, and should not blindly follow a certain trend.
"Details" is Yang Guanhua's biggest pursuit of the brand. Her latest summerwear collection, inspired by the French film Ganquan Manon, has a flowing long skirt and sexy shoulder straps, telling the story of a girl who grows into a woman because of forgiveness and love. Among them, there is a skirt with red and green ribbons, which is quite eye-catching. It looks like a dress made of two pieces of cloth spliced together, but it hides many complex processes.

Yang Guanhua's design concept is very simple - "I hope to dress comfortably and beautifully." She said that high-tech fabrics, environmentally friendly and easy to take care of, are very popular internationally, and she hopes that more Chinese consumers will like it.
A very interesting point is that Yang Guanhua's design makes the clothes look like a piece of cloth from the appearance, there is no cut traces such as the waist, but the upper body is very fit. "It's about cutting." Yang Guanhua stressed that designers should pay attention to typing and should enhance the value of clothes from the perspective of design.
Speaking about future developments, she said " China's market potential . But she also had some annoyances.
One of the things that bothered her for a long time was that she couldn't buy the right buttons in China. In order to match the overall effect of the garment, Yang Guanhua now needs to order buttons from France. She said that in Europe, the collar edge, button and other clothing peripheral industries are very developed, both wholesale companies and retail boutiques, but there are still very few such customized production in China. "I hope that the industrial chain of China's garment industry can be more perfect."
Yang Guanhua, who has been living in Europe for many years, believes that the foreign "buyer" mechanism is also worthy of domestic reference. Europe and other places have standardized processes for "buyers" and designers to order clothing, how to sell at a higher price, which not only prevents vicious competition, but also protects the designer's intellectual copyright and can stimulate better creation.
Despite adhering to the haute couture route all year round, unlike some independent designer brands that are prone to tens of thousands, elysée yang's latest summer collection has an average price of about 3,000 to 4,000 yuan, and will also launch a lower-priced sub-brand.
