After the Change of Law, Tan Sitong died in Mingzhi, and his ideological mantle was inherited by Yang Changji of the Xiang Dynasty. Yang Changji devoted his life to learning, and he was a great figure, and one of his most satisfied disciples was Mao Zedong.

Although the study of the mind was created by Wang Yangming, the formation of its ideas is the result of the inheritance and development of knowledge in the Chinese dynasties, and the core of thought has always existed in the ideological system of Chinese traced down, trickling down to the Wang family and converging into the rivers and seas, and its reappearance is the eve of the most drastic turbulence and change in modern China. Looking at the Hunan people as for modern China, since the beginning of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, through the Foreign Affairs Movement, the Xinhai Revolution, the Autumn Harvest Uprising until the establishment of New China, Chinese intellectuals have continuously worked hard to save the country and survive in the world, and every major event that has been decided at a critical moment has Hunan people participating and most of them are leaders. The four words of Ryuba Gokudo are full of romantic imagination, but the fallen official who lies in the sarcophagus he has built recalls the pride and dreams of the first half of his life is so ridiculous and helpless under the reflection of today's reality. However, it is also the difficulties and tortures in reality that Wang Yangming can break through the cocoon and become the ultimate Wang Yangming.

The first half of Wang Yangming's life played a lonely questioner, the pursuit of greatness can not help but seek the hardship of knowledge, this hardship is not the unfathomable of the people, but most of the real world every large and small difficulty and torture is the most difficult and bitter, in the pain and despair of the enlightenment of Wang Yangming must be happy, all the pain and despair in an instant become not enough, all the difficulties have become the ladder on the road to holiness, all the truths seem to be complete in the heart at this moment. The heart is reasonable, everyone can be Yao Shun, Mencius to Wang Yangming, the context has continued.

Since we aspire to become a disciple of mind learning, the first thing we need to do is to solve the problem: what is this mind, and why is it established. Every time I think about it, I have some ideas to write down and sort out my own gains.

Hearts, everyone has hearts. This mind is first of all the mind of the individual, the mind of independence; secondly, this mind is also human, it is public, the two are one with each other, and how to distinguish it is the margin. The heart of the individual and the heart of the people look forward to the meaning of the text, that is, the difference in marginal size, so there are all kinds of differences. Everyone wants to be a rich man, this is the heart of the people and the heart of the individual, the heart of the wish is unified, but there are rich people in this world, there is no shortage of poor people, although the hearts and minds are connected, the situation is not clear, the main point lies in the limitations of both knowledge and action.

When discussing this issue with his disciples, Wang Yangming believed that knowledge and action are one, interconnected and interacting, and constantly completing unity in contradictions and opposites is a dynamic and continuous upward process. The limitation of the mind is the limitation of knowledge and action, the almighty God is not God if he is not omnipotent, the limitation of knowledge will constrain behavior, and the limitation of behavior will also restrict the perfection of knowledge. For example, it is painful to see others being beaten, but only when I have actually been beaten, and the unity of knowledge and action is completed at this moment, can I know what it is like to be beaten. The process of unification is the process of de-ignorance, the process of knowing its margins, the process of turning passive into active, so that we can treat it rationally and even let it be used by us. The old man always said that the child was getting more and more skinny, obviously the child had an understanding of the unity of knowledge and action, knew its edge, and learned to make it useful to himself. When the bear child breaks the roof, although it is faced with the family law service, but for the bear child, it is only the family law service, as long as the happiness of breaking the house does not diminish the next time there is no fear.

The unity of knowledge and action occurs only in that moment, just as the unity of knowledge and action occurs only in that moment, and the next moment new contradictions have arisen, and knowledge and action have embarked on the road of pursuing reunification. Mindfulness is the process of determining the main contradictions in the mind at different stages by defining the margins, and the unity of knowledge and action is an extension of the margins of the mind, and it is necessary to re-establish the mind after each marginal expansion.

The definition of margins is also a source of human self-confidence. The old farmer must be confident about planting grain, and the teacher who corrects the student's mathematical homework is also handy, self-confidence is based on familiarity, and fear comes from ignorance, from ignorance outside the margin, so it is determined that the margin grasps the root of self-confidence within the margin. Beyond the margin is within the margin of the future, the speculation of the experience within the margin, you will find that the unknown just points us out the direction of expansion, the unknown into the known, self-confidence will also go beyond this to expand into the unknown field, outside the broad margin all fear is just a thin mask of curiosity.

Life has an end, and there is no end to it. Life is limited, the pursuit of the unity of knowledge and action is infinite, but also mixed and cumbersome, the truth of the world is as vast as the stars make people confused, that is, the confusion of exploring flowers in the fog, may also fall into the drunkenness of people who are not drunk, so people need to aspire, no ambition is no focus, no focus will make the limited power dispersed, the dispersed power is weak. Where to find the ambition, the ambition is to find in their own hearts, the margin of the heart in the expansion of the ambition will also change, the ambition of the teenager is different from the middle school, that is, the marginal growth of the heart expands. The thing that the heart desires most at each stage is our ambition, and it is also the stage goal of our unity of knowledge and action, do not think much about the things after that, just try to do the things of the present, after the unity of knowledge and action, there will naturally be new margins and contradictions and new ambitions. There are many teenagers with great ambitions in the world, but there are few characters like Wang Yangming who have spent his life practicing to pursue, which is the best among mankind. I have a heart with Wang Yangming, but the difference is that he uses the heart of a saint to settle his heart, and I do not use a saint's heart to settle his heart.

The focus of mind science lies in the heart, ambition comes from the heart, self-confidence comes from the heart, and the unity of knowledge and action is the practice of cultivating the marginal kung fu of mental strength, continuous improvement, and continuous expansion of the margin, so as to complete the settlement of one's own infinite mind. The study of the mind is the learning of life, the learning of the pursuit of moderation and conservation, the learning of tolerance, and the learning of people to improve, in short, the learning of continuous growth, and the learning that can accompany a lifetime.
