Wei Ye wrote a poem that made the prime minister change his life against the heavens

◎ Yan Jianhuai

Wei Ye, a native of Shaanxi County, Song Dynasty (present-day Shaanxi County, Henan), had been farming for generations, and although he was poor, he was well trained. And long, living in seclusion in the eastern suburbs of Shaanxi, planting bamboo trees in his hands, next to the Yunshan Mountain, drunk on poetry books, not seeking to reach.

Wei Ye's poems are clear and clear, simple and plain, natural, not sculpted, and playful. Like the poem he wrote in the "Idle Residence Book": "No talent moves the holy king, and raises a clumsy West Village." Knowing the leisure and nobility of the matter, the clear mind is enlightened. The family is full of books, and Tim Kou Crane has grandchildren. It still likes to rain for a long time, and the garden is not irrigated through spring. ”

Jia's aphorisms are casually picked up, full of books lingering, birds and birds relatively idle, which makes people feel happy.

Wei Ye's poems also have a distinctive feature, that is, the language is shallow and deep, dashing and ethereal, such as his "Tipu Jiyuan": "The river is like a river, and the temple is near the river." A hundred years of people since the old age, a cabinet is always idle. The wild is full of blue sky, and the moss is covered with spots. A few offshore bridges, a few points of Beshu Mountain..."

Wei Ye's poems, later combined with the "Caotang Collection", were popular for a while, and Luoyang paper was expensive.

Wei Yezhijie was noble and did not seek to be heard, but his poetic title and discipline aroused great interest from Emperor Zhenzong of Song. During the reign of Emperor Zhongxiang, Emperor Zhenzong of Song sent Wang Xi ( Ling Xi ) of Shaanxi County to wei ye 's hometown on his way west to Fenyin ( present-day Wanrong County , Shanxi ) to sacrifice Hou tu . Wei Ye avoided seeing it, and inscribed a poem on the wall and politely refused: "The master is in a position of light lu, and lives in the forest spring." Wash the fish and swallow the ink, and cook the tea crane to avoid smoke. Sing the sundae, the old do not hate the flowing years. Those who meditate on idleness should also be the most biased by me. Then, a puff of smoke escaped without a trace.

Song Zhenzong was also good at talking, and if he didn't come, he wouldn't come, but he respected Wei Ye more, and after that, he often sent people to send money and gifts to go to comfort him. Wei Ye died, and Emperor Zhenzong of Song issued an edict posthumously awarding Wei Ye the posthumous title of Secretary of the Provincial Writers.

Although Wei Ye lived in seclusion in the countryside, his strange festivals and poetic talents made him famous among the government and the wilderness, not only favored by the emperor, but also the prime ministers Kou Zhun and Wang Dan also admired his great name, befriended him, and had many poetry rewards and songs, and friendship returned. During the period when Kou Zhun knew yongxingjun (present-day Xi'an, Shaanxi), he also made a special trip to visit Wei Ye, so Wei Ye had a poem called "Xie Koulai's Public Visit": "Sleeping fang nong to bamboo zhai during the day, chai gate is still lazy at noon." Shocked to return to a dream of immortals, the village alley summoned the prime minister to come. ”

Although Wei Ye lived in seclusion in the forest, he also understood the official field thoroughly, and had a profound insight into the situation, the current situation, and human feelings. At a critical moment, he once gave a poem to his friends Wang Dan and Kou Zhun respectively, both of which were "poems" into proverbs.

When Song Zhenzong was "western and eastern," Wang Dan served as prime minister and took the lead in organizing the worship activities for Song Zhenzong, so that this activity of worshiping heaven and earth was vigorous and lively.

After the event, Wei Ye wrote a poem to give to Wang Danyue: "The only three years of the prime minister in the world, the king is in the book for fourteen years." The West and the East are all sealed, so they can accompany the Akamatsu Tour. "In a euphemistic way, I urge my friends to retreat." After Wang Dan read Wei Ye's poems, he was deeply touched, and soon wrote to Song Zhenzong, asking for retirement, and was given the title of Duke of Wei after his death, with the title of Wenzheng, achieving a happy ending of wealth and old age.

Kou Zhun was in a position, because of the official battle, he was degraded by Song Zhenzong to know the Yongxing Army, and after four years, Song Zhenzong summoned him to Beijing and prepared to start again, when passing through Shaanxi County, Wei Ye also gave a poem to Kou Zhun, which included: "It is good to go to heaven to resign and be rich, but to be a god on the flat earth", and also to advise his friends not to covet power.

However, Kou Zhun still had the ambition to do a lot of work, and because of this advice, he laughed at it and then made a high-profile comeback. However, because the imperial court was constantly vying for power, Kou Zhun was only two years old, and he was expelled and demoted, first degrading Daozhou (present-day Daoxian County, Hunan), then Degrading Leizhou (present-day Leizhou City, Guangdong), and finally killing Leizhou and degrading the office, which was a bigger blow than before, and the end was even more tragic. It is said that when he finally woke up, he wrote Wei Ye's poem in front of the window and recited it day and night, deeply regretting it.
