Harmful symptoms
Green blind bugs, also known as "small bed bugs", "mosaic leaf bugs", is a pest of the hemiptera hagfish family, mainly adults and nymphs suck the sap of plant leaves, young fruits, young stems and other parts, the leaves are damaged, the leaves cannot be flattened, many holes appear on the leaf surface, the young fruit is damaged, the fruit surface appears uneven spots, and causes shedding; the growth point is damaged, the growth point is distorted, and when it is severe, it dies.
Occurrence characteristics
Green blind bugs occur in the Huanghuai area for 3 to 4 generations, one generation each year in May, June, July and August, adult insects have a long lifespan, the phenomenon of superposition is serious, 1 to 2 generations, mainly harmful to fruit trees, 3 to 4 generations mainly harmful to cotton and other field crops, after October, adult insects migrate to the fruit trees, and lay eggs in the gaps in the dead branches and leaves, bud scales and coarse skin of the fruit trees, and overwinter. Therefore, the most serious harm is the 1st and 2nd generations.
Prevention and control methods
(1) Timely bagging: The most effective way to prevent and control green blind bugs is bagging, which can prevent green blind bugs from harming young fruits.
(2) Pharmaceutical control: can be sprayed in time during the expansion of young fruits, you can choose 22% flufenacilnitrile suspension 2000 times liquid, can also use 50% avidine amamidine dispersible granules 5000 ~ 6000 times liquid and other chemical spray prevention and control, generally sprayed once in 7 days, sprayed 2 times, can effectively control its continued harm.
