In this lecture, the experts of Jingjia Employment Research Institute mainly introduced four aspects: the employment status and situation of college students, the factors affecting career choice, the preparation for employment career choice, and resume and interview skills. College graduates should seriously consider five core questions: Who am I? What do I want to do? What is the employment situation I learned about? What are my possible problems and advantages? How can I use my strengths to avoid my weaknesses and make up for my shortcomings? It is reported that in 2018, the number of college graduates will reach 8.2 million, the employment situation is more complicated, and the competition in public examinations is more intense. Teacher Zhou pointed out that subjective psychological anxiety and objective reality obstacles are the two main factors affecting the choice of college graduates, and many students will have psychological conflicts, psychological misunderstandings and psychological disorders. Therefore, Teacher Zhou suggested that students carry out self-psychological debugging, adapt to the law of the jungle, correct their attitude, and self-reflect. At the same time, by cultivating a good mentality and making sufficient technical preparations, we will enhance our hard power. Among them, students participating in the public examination need to learn the civil servants, public institution examination matters, administrative vocational ability test, application theory and public examination interview form and content, and enhance the knowledge reserve.
