According to the arrangement of today's meeting, I will make an exchange speech around the theme of learning, mainly reporting on the three learning experiences.

The third volume of "Xi Jinping on Governing the Country" includes a series of important expositions published by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in the practice of leading and promoting the governance of the country in the new era, which is an authoritative work that comprehensively and systematically reflects Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, and concentrates on the latest achievements in the sinification of Marxism, which needs our serious study and profound understanding. In accordance with the deployment of the party group of the committee, on July 17, the Political Research Office has held a meeting to mobilize the comrades of the whole room to deeply understand the third volume of "Xi Jinping on Governing the Country" and formulate a special study plan.
